Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Dear Belinda, All of the orders I have purchased from you have been beautiful! The last order was for my daughter and son-in-law. Unfortunately, I had entered the wrong address, BUT your delivery person (don't know if it was you) recognized the names and the house where she had delivered previous orders and took the flowers to the correct address. My daughter was so happy to receive the flowers, and I was very impressed that your delivery person took the time to realize that the address was incorrect and then proceeded to deliver the flowers to the correct address. Thank you so much!
